How do I use the projector?
The projector comes with a USB cable, connect the USB cable to a wall charger, a laptop or a power-bank to run the projector.
How do I take care of the projector?
You can simply wipe the product with a damp cloth.
Use 2x AAA Batteries to power the remote control.
Can I play music with the Projector?
Yes you can, simply connect the Projector to any device via Bluetooth.
When will my order be shipped?
Our goal is that you receive your LED Projector Star Light order as soon as possible. We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
My product is damaged/defective, how do I return it?
In the unlikely event that the item is damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible.
In order to replace or refund your item, we will need the following information:
Your order number
A description of the damage/defects
A photo of the damaged/defective area
Once all of the information has been received, our customer service team will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
How do I return my order?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received.
If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
You’ll have to return your order in its original packaging.
If the product has already been overused, we reserve the right to discount the refund.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees.
Once this is received and inspected, we’ll refund your order.
